Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at repp@sasktel.net with your order details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
